Congratulations on your engagement and thank you for looking into hosting your special day at the Bates Ranch House. As you step onto the property, among the first things people notice are the amazing panoramic ocean views, the peaceful and secluded setting and the lovely ocean breeze. The site covers over three acres with the front of the property overlooking the Ventura and Santa Barbara coastlines. The Los Padres National Forest can be seen in all its beauty from the private and intimate courtyard at the rear of the property. Both of these outdoor locations create a stunning and picturesque backdrop for your wedding day.

The Bates Ranch House site rental fee is $10,000 for up to 75 guests and $15 per person after that with a cap of 250. The site fee includes an hour rehearsal the day prior to your wedding, seven hours for your wedding day anytime between the hours of 9am-10pm, a wedding coordinator and two nights stay in the spacious 5 bedroom ranch house. We want your wedding day to reflect who you are as a couple. We provide the unique and special setting and you have the freedom to create to rest! Our Preferred Vendor List features some of Santa Barbara’s finest with a variety of styles to suite your culinary and rental needs.

You may also choose to stay additional nights in the house which is available for rent at a rate of $800 per night or $5,000 per week. With five bedrooms, six baths, and over 5,000 square feet of living space, the Bates Ranch House provides all the comforts of home plus stunning views of the coastline from Ventura to Santa Barbara making this the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with family and friends before and after your wedding day.
